Event Description:
Join us for a practical 60-minute CPR and AED training session delivered by a Community CPR Trainer from the East Anglian Air Ambulance. This interactive session will provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to respond in a cardiac emergency.
You will learn:
How to recognise when someone is in cardiac arrest.
How to perform effective CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
How to safely and confidently use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
What actions to take while waiting for emergency services to arrive.
No prior experience is required. This session is open to all students who would like to develop these potentially life-saving skills.
